It's my birthday!

Even though I've been practicing photography for about 8 years now, my business is officially about two years old this spring. In those two years, I have had about 50 photo sessions, which means I have had 50 times to see how the whole process is working for my clients.

My business is founded on the idea that the process of having your photos taken should be an easy and enjoyable experience. This has meant that I have put a lot of thought into the flow of the sessions--coming up with natural ways for families to interact with each other and have fun in the process of getting their photos taken.

100% Online Booking System

While the sessions themselves are fun and lighthearted, the process of booking and payment was not as seamless as I would have liked, so I have re-configured my booking process and it can now be completed 100% online in minutes. No more mailing in checks! Nobody has the time for that. You will also get email reminders of your session date as well as regular updates from me throughout the process.

client Prep Guide

I created a client prep guide filled with all of the tips and tricks I have learned over the years to make your session especially successful! I spent hours creating it, and I am hoping it will be a useful tool for you. Every family will receive a copy of the prep guide upon booking.

Maternity Client Closet

Ok mama, I know how it is! It's hard to feel beautiful when you're pregnant, but I want you to know how gorgeous you are. To accomplish that goal, I have invested in a number of designer maternity gowns available to anyone who books a maternity session with me. I am so excited to be able to offer this service which has been a dream of mine since my own maternity session 6 years ago!

ARCHIVAL-QUALITY PRINTS

Lastly, one thing that I noticed consistently was that my families are really busy. So often, our good intentions of getting images printed and hung up on the wall can end up falling short. Instead, we find ourselves with a hard drive of beautiful images that we love but nothing on our wall for us to remember, and worse, one more thing on our never-ending to-do list.

Nobody needs THAT.

I decided that I wanted to get those images off of your to-do list and all the way to the finish line. So starting in March 2021, every gallery will have three different collections available for purchase. Each collection contains BOTH digital images and print credit that you can then use to purchase archival-quality prints directly from your gallery. Because there are three different collection options, you can choose your level of investment so that you only pay for what you love.

I have worked hard to choose the right professional labs to work with. These are not your Walmart-grade prints. They are gorgeous high-end products that will last your family a lifetime, and you can decide to use your print credit on whatever catches your eye!

Wrapped leather album

Printed on Cotton Rag fine art paper (310gsm), these albums come wrapped in a soft leather cover and are bound together with a rustic leather strap closure.

The slightly textured spreads are hand-torn and create vivid colors for an impressive pictorial depth.

And many more...

There are many other small ways I have tweaked my business in order to better serve you, and honestly, to ensure that I am not burnt out in a couple of years like so many photographers I know. I'm working for the long game, to be there for your family when you need senior photos of those newborns you had just the other day.

Thank you for your support, I love working with you, and you are part of why I am here!
