Extended Family Photo Session Information

Fun, outdoor sessions for generational family portraits

A special 1 minute message from Naomi

Step One: Scheduling your session

In order to reserve a date, you will first pick a date, then sign some paperwork and pay a session fee of $700. If you haven't already, the easiest way to find a date is to click on the link in the email I sent you or click on the button below. If you need a date that is not specified, be sure to ask! I try to be as flexible as I can.

ONCE YOUR DATE IS ON THE CALENDAR, I'LL BE IN TOUCH WHEN I RETURN TO CONNECT AND FINALIZE ANY PAPERWORK.

Our daughter wasn’t in a great mood that day, but Naomi was calm and worked with us to capture amazing candid shots.

Step Two: The session itself

Once we've decided on a time and date and officially put your session on the books, I'll send you a getting ready guide that will walk your family members through everything from choosing outfits to strategies for getting kids to cooperate.

That guide has been created and refined over years of experience, so it typically answers 90% of the questions that come up, but I'm always happy to set up a time to chat if you want additional help.

A few days before our session is scheduled, I'll reach out to confirm our time and location... at that point, if it looks like it's going to be a dark and rainy day or someone seems to be coming down with the flu, we can talk about our rescheduling options. Otherwise, that's the perfect time to ask any last minute questions or let me know if you've come up with a fun idea we haven't discussed.

At extended family sessions, we always get several shots of the large group all together as well as grandparents with all the kids. Then I spend time with each family group, couples, and any kiddos who are being especially cute.

Finally, take a breath and relax... I promise to give the grown-ups (and kids) breaks throughout the session as needed, and to make it as painless as possible for everyone involved.

Your second and final payment of $700* will be due the day before your session.

*A 6% PA sales tax will be charged on the second payment

Step Three: The fun part

Within just a couple of weeks of your session, you'll receive an email from me letting you know that your photos are ready to view.

Once you've had a chance to see your highlight reel (available for 48 hours), you will make your final decision if you'd like to upgrade for more print credit. Make your choice and then your full gallery will open.

After that, you'll have a full month to download your digital files and use the print shop for any wall art or heirloom albums you may want to purchase.

Complimentary album design is included as part of your session!

Our two-and-a-half year old wanted nothing to do with pictures, so she patiently waited for moments to snap the perfect photos. The finished photos... WOW! I couldn't love them more.... they are amazing!!!!!! THANK YOU <3
